Terms and conditions
The owner of the online store www.automeedia.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is A-autodigi OÜ (registration code 17078621), located at Tuuliku tee 4, 10621 Tallinn.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for the delivery of goods. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method chosen. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the products is provided directly next to them in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total cost is then displayed, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele
- Finnish bank links: Nordea, Danske Bank, N26, Handelsbanken, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Säästopankki, Ålandsbanken, OP, S-Pankki
- Latvian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele
- "Pay later" solution (only in Estonia)
- N26, Revolut, Google Pay, Apple Pay
NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payments take place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, in Stripe’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The Online Store owner is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to stock depletion or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: all EU countries.
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:
- Pickup from www.automeedia.ee office: Tuuliku tee 4, 10621 Tallinn
- Omniva parcel machines and post offices (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
- Omniva courier (only in Estonia)
- "Smartpost" parcel machines (Estonia and Finland)
- Finnish post offices and parcel points (Postin palvelupisteet) (Finland)
- Omniva courier (all EU countries)
The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer, and the corresponding pricing information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 15 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as is allowed for testing in a physical store.
If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.
To return the goods, a free-form withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to the email address info@automeedia.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to the product being incorrect or defective.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the courier during this period.
The Online Store refunds the amount received from the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the buyer provides proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the product price in the Online Store has been mistakenly listed significantly lower than its market value.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that were present at the time of delivery and that appear within two years from the delivery date. Within the first six months, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to refute this presumption.
The buyer must report defects within two months by sending an email to info@automeedia.ee or calling +372 56667105.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the purchased goods have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible, the Online Store refunds all fees associated with the purchase.
The Online Store responds to consumer complaints in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store processes personal data only for order processing and product delivery. Personal data is shared with the shipping provider to deliver the goods.
Newsletters and offers are sent to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has subscribed to them.
The buyer can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or following the instructions in the email.

If the buyer has complaints, they should be sent to info@automeedia.ee or by calling +372 56667105.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information and submission details can be found here.
